Learn from one of the most accomplished football coaches in the country! Coach Hudspeth is the only coach in the nation to win championships at four different levels of football — High School, Division II, FCS, and Division I.
Throughout an incredible coaching career, Coach Hud has led programs at Louisiana, Austin Peay, North Alabama, Winston Academy, and Gulf Shores building a remarkable overall head coaching record of 194–84. Most recently, Coach Hud led Gulf Shores High School to its first football state championship in school history, finishing the 2023 season a perfect 15–0.
More than wins and championships, Coach Hud is passionate about developing young athletes through discipline, hard work, leadership, and confidence on and off the field. He continues to invest in the next generation by coaching Gulf Shores youth rec and flag football, helping kids grow their skills and love for the game.
